Got brand-new and beautifully decorated double room with balcony when arrived, liked that. It was placed short walk from an underground station...

I loved being there, everything was perfect.

All in all, it was enjoyable base for travelling to Florence. The double room was brand-new and large. Everyone was very amiable and amicable. The location was unbeatable, just off Florence cathedral, supermarket and good eateries as well as very green inner garden and easily accessible. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Fortezza da Basso - Gardens.

We got great value for our money and the room was huge and modern. The location was central and convenient, and the staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay.

The breakfast could have been better with a wider selection and more variety.

The hotel was superior, with very amiable staff and a perfect little room. The location was absolutely perfect, relatively close to an l-shaped square.

The staff are helpful as well as the owner. The location is super central, really close to shops and the cathedral and all important places. Love eating outside and there's Brio Pizza, set a short way from the hotel.

The room is huge and neat, it comes with a very nice bathroom, sunlight, and a large bed. Excellent and wonderful location in the center of Florence lively location. The hotel is a short walk from a metro station.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the bathroom and seating area were nice, and the room also had a work desk and an electric kettle, and the check-in and check-out processes were flexible and easy.

The room was brand new and had a balcony, which was great, and I liked that it had a television, coffee/tea making equipment, and a seating area.

lost in florence was an exceptional stay. from the ideal location near the palazzo medici to the friendly and helpful staff, everything exceeded our expectations. the clean and modern room with a cozy sitting area made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommended for anyone visiting florence!

Air conditioning system was unreliable.

My room was spacious and huge and included central heating, multi-channel television, and tea and coffee making equipment. The bed was exceptionally comfortable; and there was a bathtub. This hotel had a very central position in the city center. The staff was lovely and kind throughout the day. I had a wonderful stay at Lost In Florence in Florence. The room was large and well-equipped with central heating and a variety of TV channels. The comfy bed and bathtub were delightful. The hotel's central location made it convenient to explore the city. The staff was friendly and attentive during my entire visit.

Great value for money with a central location, fast wifi, and prompt communication from the staff. The room had all the necessary amenities, including a coffee machine and thoughtful touches like tied curtains.

Felt snug, no complaints at all.

The place is close to Piazza del Duomo, and the prices were great.
